Welcome to tryout registration for the Carolina Panthers 2026 ECBL Season! This is for serious INQUIRIES ONLY, Please read over form thoroughly. Pre-Registration is $60 and closes November 24th at midnight. Registration will then increaseto $75 and will close November 6th at midnight. If you must pay day of, tryout fee will be $100. All fees are NONREFUNDABLE and must be paid once form is submitted via cashapp or Zelle. You will not be able to tryout or receive address to tryouts unless payment is received. This tryout will be held in Florence,SC. If you are not ready to pay, please DO NOT SUBMIT form. Good luck.

We are involved heavily in the community, if offered a spot are you willing to attend community events?
Do you understand and accept that you will not be able to pay at the door and payment must be received in order to obtain location of tryouts?
If offered a spot, do you have reliable transportation to and from practices, community events and games?
If offered a spot, there is a required $50 player fee due on the 1st of December, do you agree to make this deadline?
We understand that you may or may not have previous obligations to other teams, other than family, work, school, pro/oversea level basketball and emergencies do you agree to prioritize the Panthers during the entirety of the 2026 ECBL Season?

WAIVER OF LIABILITY
I, acknowledge, agree and understand that:
1. Voluntary and of my own free will, elect to participate as a member of the Carolina Panthers Non-Profit Community Support Organization and Minor League Professional basketball team during the 2026 East Coast Basketball League Season.
2. There are certain risks and hazards involved in participating in basketball that may result in injury or death to other players and myself, including, but not limited to those hazards associated with weather conditions, equipment and other participants.
3. Basketball is a contact sport, and while fighting is strictly PROHIBITED, I understand that incidents can occur that are dangerous to others, including myself.
4. The very nature of the game of basketball is hazardous and risky, including, but not limited to, the acts of jumping, shooting, running, diving, stretching, sliding and collisions with other players and stationary objects, all of which can cause serious injury or death to other players, as well as myself.
5. There will be NO tolerance of verbal, or physical disrespect towards referees by Team, Coaches, Staff & Players, including myself.

I acknowledge that I have thoroughly read and that I completely understand every one of the provisions is this player liability waiver.
